Barbara Cresti
Barbara is the founder of StratEdge, She brings over 20 years of international leadership experience across manufacturing, energy, telecom, financial services, and cloud, with a focus on digital strategy, product development, and market-driven execution. She has held senior executive and advisory roles across leadership teams and Boards, supporting industry leaders in leveraging technology to drive portfolio innovation, expand markets, and improve profitability.
An IMD alumna, Barbara is active in executive dialogues on GenAI strategy, AI governance, and digital sovereignity. Swiss and Italian citizen, she is fluent in French, English, and Italian.
Lucia Italiano
Lucia is the co-founder of StratEdge and a transformation strategist with over 20 years of international experience leading digital and organizational change at companies like Oracle, SAP, Accenture, and Honeywell. She specializes in enterprise-wide transformation—spanning post-M&A integration, digital maturity, and technology adoption—working closely with C-level teams to align strategy with execution. Active in the deep tech and AI startup ecosystem, Lucia advises founders and executives on innovation led growth, and contributes to academic programs shaping the next generation of agile, purpose-driven leaders. Swiss and Italian citizen; fluent in French, English, Spanish and Italian.
